4 blue point oysters, shucked on a half shell
2 oz minced garlic
1/2 lb unsalted butter
2 oz parmesan cheese
1 oz canola oil
Shave serrano. Set aside.
Saute minced garlic in pan with oil until toasted, add butter, and clarify.
Put oyster on grill or pan, top with butter and then Parmesan. Top with one slice
Once your oyster is bubbling you’re done!
