Opened in 2000, The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, located in Fort Worth's Historic Stockyards District, has quickly become the city's premiere dining establishment.
Chef/Owner Tim Love has designed a menu influenced by all of the ingredients and cultures that have been a part of the West since the first adventure began on the Goodnight-Loving and Chisholm Trails -- with an added level of modern sophistication.
Items on the Lonesome Dove Bistro menu range from an inventive selection of steaks and seafood to dishes such as Wagyu Tomahawk, Kangaroo Carpaccio, Rocky Mountain Elk Ribeye, Wild Boar, and Rabbit & Rattlesnake.

The Woodshed Smokehouse is chef Tim Love's homage to all things grilled, roasted, and slow-cooked, featuring an ever rotating selection of beef, chicken, pork, wild game, fish, and vegetables, all cooked over a variety of woods and fire sources.
Located on the bank of Fort Worth's Trinity River, the 14,000 square foot, open-air venue has something for everyone, a selection of tacos, including a daily meat roasted on a spit, traditional 'cue, a number of large-format, family friendly dishes and meals, including a 16-hour Smoked Beef Shin, Open-fire Paella with Mussels, Clams, Rabbit-Rattlesnake Sausage, and Chicken as well as as a variety of vegetable dishes, such as a Whole Smoked Cauliflower Head and Local Acorn Squash.
The Woodshed features 25 craft beers on tap, a wide assortment of the finest liqours, and some of Texas' first wines on tap.

Chef Tim Love's Classic Burger joint, the Love Shack is a one of a kind dining experience for families of all ages. Since his first Love Shack location opened in the Stockyards National Historic District, Chef Love's gourmet hamburger more affectionately known as the "Dirty Love Burger", is garnering rave reviews from media outlets across the culinary spectrum.
The Love Shack serves made-to-order burgers, hot dogs, nachos, hand-cut fries and onion rings, root beer on tap, hand squeezed lemonade, and a full beer & wine menu. Starting a partnership with Spoons Across America in 2004, Chef Love has spent countless hours in classrooms across the country helping children learn healthy food & snack choices & fun guidelines to remember for a healthy future.

In 2010, Chef Love hosted Burgers 4 Babies at the Love Shack So7 in Fort Worth. Love's twin daughters were born nearly two months premature, and raising money for research and care for infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) has become a passion project for Love and his family.
